Healthy, Whole Foods Are Medicine

Ways to Use Foods to Detox:

1. drink plenty of filtered water
2. eating organic foods
3. eat 8-10 daily servings of fruits and vegetables
4. eliminate white flour and sugar
5. exercise and sweat regularly
6. moving your bowels daily
7. take high-quality vitamins and minerals
8. take time to relax every day
